Men's STI test (individual sample): chlamydia, gonorrhoea or mycosplasma
An easy STI test designed to detect three sexually transmitted diseases in men: chlamydia, gonorrhoea and mycoplasma.
We just need a urine sample, which can be collected at home or in one of our clinics.
Chlamydia is one of the most common STD’s in the UK. It's passed on through unprotected sex and can lead to health complications if left untreated.
Gonorrhoea is an STD caused by bacteria that can affect the genitals and throat.
Mycoplasma is a bacteria passed on by vaginal and anal sex. Almost all of those with mycoplasma will have no symptoms at all.
Many people with STD’s have no symptoms at all. However, those with symptoms typically experience one or more of the below:
- Pain when urinating
- Pain when having sex, or after having sex
- Abnormal discharge from the vagina, penis or bottom
- Unusual odours from the genital areas
- Soreness or itchiness around the genitals
- Rashes within the genital areas
- In men, pain and swelling in the testicles, or when erect
If you have any of the symptoms, or even if you are symptomless but believe you may have come into contact with someone with one or more of these STD’s, test four weeks from the potential infection.

Register your sample online using your reference number and your surname. You will need to enter your barcode number, located on the cassette (LFT) or tube (PCR).
Return your test free of charge using our pre-paid envelope. We’ll email you when we get it (For PCR Tests). Please do not send us your Lateral Flow test back, the picture at registration is enough.
You will receive your confidential results via email in the adequate time frame.
