Most STIs are asymptomatic. However, if symptoms do present themselves, it is likely to be within 2 weeks of infection. These symptoms may include:
- Painful urination;
- Pain during sexual intercourse;
- Rash/itching/irritation on genital area;
- Unusual lumps or bumps around genital area;
- Abnormal discharge in terms of colour, smell, consistency, or volume;
- Strong vaginal odor;
- Painful erections.
It is recommended to wait a minimum of 3 weeks from the sexual intercourse before taking your test. STIs can take some time before becoming detectable, so please wait in order to ensure an accurate result.

Register your sample online using your reference number and your surname. You will need to enter your barcode number, located on the cassette (LFT) or tube (PCR).
Return your test free of charge using our pre-paid envelope. We’ll email you when we get it (For PCR Tests). Please do not send us your Lateral Flow test back, the picture at registration is enough.
You will receive your confidential results via email in the adequate time frame.
