Symptoms of diabetes type 1 or type 2 may include:
- Urinating more than ten times a day;
- Persisten thirst;
- Feeling hungry even though you are eating a recommended calorie intake each day;
- Chronic fatigue;
- Itchy skin;
- Dry eyes/blurred vision, dry mouth or tongue;
- Unexpected weight loss;
- Pain or numbness in the hands.
It is recommended that you take this test if:
- You have diabetes type 1 or type 2;
- You have a family history of diabetes;
- You are presenting with symptoms of diabetes.
How to use?

Collect your sample following our clear and easy instructions.
Register your sample online using your reference number and your surname. You will need to enter your barcode number, located on the cassette (LFT) or tube (PCR).
Return your test free of charge using our pre-paid envelope. We’ll email you when we get it (For PCR Tests). Please do not send us your Lateral Flow test back, the picture at registration is enough.
You will receive your confidential results via email in the adequate time frame.
