You should consider taking this test if :
- You have a family history of heart disease
- You have a first-degree relative who has suffered a heart attack, cardiac stents, a stroke or has had bypass surgery
- You are overweight / obese
- You frequently drink alcohol and smoke
- You lead a sedentary lifestyle
- You suffer from diabetes, kidney infection, polycystic ovary syndrome or underactive thyroid gland.
When high cholesterol goes unchecked, your heart can be affected. It is recommended to take this test every 3 months if you are considered to have high cholesterol. You need to take this test in the morning before having breakfast. You can drink water but you must have been fasting since the evening before. Always follow the advice of your doctor regarding fasting, especially if you have any medical conditions.

Register your sample online using your reference number and your surname. You will need to enter your barcode number, located on the cassette (LFT) or tube (PCR).
Return your test free of charge using our pre-paid envelope. We’ll email you when we get it (For PCR Tests). Please do not send us your Lateral Flow test back, the picture at registration is enough.
You will receive your confidential results via email in the adequate time frame.
